[Android][Incremental Build Pipeline] Failed to deploy application to device errors is thrown when trying to Patch Pixel devices
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project (or open an existing one)
2. Enable development build
3. Build And Run on Android
4. After the project is deployed, try to Patch or Patch and Run
Expected results: Deployment to device was successful
Actual results: Deploying failed with error: Failed to deploy application to device
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a5, 2022.2.0a12
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.33f1, 2021.3.1f1, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a4
