[Android][Il2CPP][ARM64] App crashes on startup on devices with Android 11
Repro steps:
1. Open project "GooglePixelCrashRepro"
2. Make sure Scripting backed is set to IL2CPP and Target Architectures to ARM64
3. Build and Run on a device with Android 11
Actual: App crashes
Reproducible with: 2019.4.13f1, 2020.1.8f1, 2020.2.0b9, 2021.1.0a2
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1
