Multi-Column List View horizontal scroll resets to left most position when scrolling vertically
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-142322” project
2. In the menu bar, navigate to Window > UI Toolkit > Test
3. Increase the size of the window and columns
4. Decrease the size of the window so that scrollbars appear for both horizontal and vertical axis
5. Scroll horizontally
6. Scroll vertically
7. Observe the Test window
Actual result: The horizontal scroll has reset to 0, the left most position
Expected result: The horizontal scroll remains where it was, when scrolling vertically
Reproducible with: 6000.0.75f1, 6000.2.0a9, 6000.3.16f1, 6000.4.7f1, 6000.5.0b8, 6000.6.0a5
Not reproducible with: 6000.2.0a8
Reproducible on: macOS 26.4 (M1 Pro), Windows 11 (reporter)
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
