[Android][IL2CPP] App crashes during shutdown when starting a Java thread with a C# thread
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
3. Press the only button on the screen
Actual: After a few seconds a crash is seen in the log
Reproducible with: 2018.4.18f1, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2019.2.0a7, 2019.2.21f1, 2019.3.4f1
