[Android] [Gles3] [URP] Visual glitches on the screen on Mali-G76 GPU
Steps to reproduce:
1) Dwonload attached project and open in Unity
2) Make sure Gles3 is the Only API in the Graphics APIs list
3) Build and Run FPSCameraDemoStacked scene on a device
Observe screen glithces (check the atatched video "repro.mp4")

Resolution Note:
Unfortunately we don't have resources to fix the issue.
The workaround for the issue would be to disable the FrameTimingManager and enabling it from the code for all GPUs, but Mali-G76
