[Android] GPU Instanced mesh rendered with artifacts on Adreno 630 devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached "PostProcessingMaster" project
2. Deploy and run on Android device
Expected result - Cube is rendered
Actual result - Cube is not rendered (later versions - 2018.3 and later) or rendered with artifacts (earlier versions - 2018.2) on Samsung S9+ with Adreno 630
Reproducible with - 2019.1.0a6, 2018.3.0b6, 2018.2.0a1
