[Android] Crash in mecanim::skeleton::Skeleton::Transfer when loading addressable with animated asset
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project from https://drive.google.com/file/d/1nU6npyx2s3Jg2nkqvm-9Bqp3A7NxlgWJ/view?usp=sharing
2. Switch to Android platform
3. Build addressable
4. Build and run to Android device
5. Press button "Animated"
Actual result: Application crashes
Expected result: Application should not crash and the cube should appear

Not reproduced with: 2019.2.17f1; 2019.3.0b8
