[Android] conv heavy model outputs=0 using Vulkan with older devices (Adreno<=5xx) and updated Android versions
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached "Project.zip"
2. Build the "New Scene" on an Android device.
- Device should have Adreno 4xx or 5xx Vulkan supported GPU.
- Make sure Android is updated, so it would support Vulkan.
3. Notice - screen outputs execution time and first 5 model output values.
Actual results:
- Outputs are 0.
Expected behavior:
- Outputs are not 0.
Note:
- Logcat attached.
Not reproducible with:
* Google Pixel 4 Android 10, Snapdragon 855 SM8150, Adreno (TM) 640, Vulkan
* Samsung Galaxy Note8 (SM N950F), OS:8.0.0, CPU:arm64-v8a, GPU:Mali-G71 Vulkan
