[Android]Build fails when having more than 1360 files in StreamingAssets folder
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "empty.zip"
2. Build it for Android
Expected results: Build succeeded
Actual results: Build fails and a window with errors are thrown " A failure occurred while executing com.android.build.gradle.internal.tasks.Workers$ActionFacade"
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.2.0b14
Note: The reproduction is not consistent with standalone platforms, I was unable to reproduce with windows and macOS, and even IOS, while others reproduced with windows and Linux
