[Android] Background Color is still displayed before Splash Screen in the Player when Background Image is set in the Player Settings



How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_65519" project
2. Open the "SampleScene"
3. In the Build Settings "Run Device" dropdown, select the desired device
4. Press Build And Run
5. Observe the Player

Expected result: Background red color is not shown
Actual result: Background red color is shown

Reproducible with: 2022.3.10f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.6f1, 2023.3.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.9f1

Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro

    Fixed as a part of global trunk->neutron merge

  2. Resolution Note (fix version 2022.3.20f1):

    On Android Unity also uses this splash screen background color to hide the default automatic splash screen which appears on Android 12+ devices. This happens even if the background image is set. In such cases, this color should be set to match the background image. To avoid confusion we are making the background color always editable for the Android platform (even if the background image is set).
