Android Auto Rotation Feature doesn't work when rotation is locked on the device
Reproduction steps:
# Create a new project for Android
# Go to Player Settings > Resolution and Presentation
# Change Default Orientation to Auto Rotation
Expected result: The app rotates when the device is rotated even if the rotation is locked on the device
Actual result: App does not rotate
Reproducible with: 2020.3.40f1, 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.19f1, 2022.2.0b9, 2023.1.0a13

You can adjust orientation by get Input.deviceOrientation info.
