[Android] App crashes on launch if Oculus SDK is in the project
Repro steps:
1. Open QA attached project
2. Build and Run on an Android device
Actual: App crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.4, 2019.4.10f1, 2020.1.5f1, 2020.2.0b2

Resolution Note (fix version 1.6.0):
This is resolved in Oculus XR Plugin 1.6.0. Note that the application will still exit, but cleanly instead of crashing. Disable the Oculus loader at build tiime if you need an .apk that can run on non-Oculus devices. Dual-use .apks aren't supported.
