[Android] [Vulkan] Video is flipped upside down when being built to the Google Pixel 3

To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run to Pixel 3
3. Rotate horizontally the phone and check the video

Actual result: The video is upside down
Expected result: The video should not be upside down

Reproduced in: 2017.4.35f1; 2018.4.13f1; 2019.2.13f1; 2020.1.0a14

    Are there any known workarounds that can be applied while waiting for a fix?
