An InputField scrollbar is not getting resized when entering new empty lines
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached 'TMProInputFieldBugReport' project
2. Open the '20 - Input Field with Scrollbar' Scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Enter spaces and empty lines to the 'TMP InputField + Scrollbar'
Expected result: The scrollbar resizes automatically
Actual result: The scrollbar is not resized after entering spaces and empty lines
Reproducible with: 2.1.6 (2019.4.36f1), 3.2.0-pre.2 (2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1), 4.0.0-pre.1 (2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a7)
