alt+Enter doesn't update window boundaries when Cursor.lockstate is confined
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "cursorbug.zip"
2. Open "testScene"
3. Add "testScene" to build settings
4. Build and run on Windows
5. Run in windowed mode
6. Test window boundaries with mouse cursor
7. Press alt+Enter to enter fullscreen mode
8. Observe how window boundaries are same as in windowed mode
Note: if you move the window(when in windowed mode) and locate it NOT in the center of the screen and then enter and exit full screen mode - window will appear in the center of the screen, however boundaries remain the same before entering full screen mode (located not in the center of the screen)
Reproduced with: 5.3.6p3, 5.4.0p2, 5.5.0a6
