AlphaToMask renders incorrectly in OpenGL and Vulkan
Steps:
1. The repro scene has a sphere using AlphaToMask in Shader.
2. Build Windows player or Android apk
3. Run with DX11, GLCore and Vulkan and observe
Expected result:
They should renders the same just like DX11
Actual result:
1. OpenGL and Vulkan has dot pattern on the alpha part
2. AlphaToMask cannot be disabled in Vulkan, after disabling MSAA / switch to deferred
