AI panels do not properly expand to fill the window size when AI Assistant window is maximized or docked next to Console tab
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Install the AI Assistant package
3. In the Editor toolbar, click the AI dropdown button
4. Select Open Assistant
5. Dock the Assistant window next to Console tab or maximize the window as much as possible
6. Ask anything in the AI Assistant (for example: Create a short 500 ms sound of a bubbly gun shot)
7. Observe panels in the AI Assistant window
Actual results: AI panels are not properly expanding to fill the window sizes
Expected results: AI Panels are expanding to fill the window sized
Reproducible with versions: 1.0.0-pre.8 (6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1)
Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon, Sequoia 15.5 (M1)
