AI Navigation overlay menu text overflows when foldouts are expanded
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Empty.zip” project
2. In the Scene view Toolbar select the AI Navigation overlay menu
3. Expand the “Surfaces” and “Agents” foldouts
Expected result: Text is not overlapping
Actual result: Text is overlapping
Reproducible with: 2023.1.0b10, 6000.0.17f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.44f1, 2023.1.0b9
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Unclicking and then clicking back on the menu fixes the issue
