After reaching the input field's character limit it no longer lets you select and replace any text like
To reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Add UI Text object to scene
3. Add Input Field and set Text Component to Text
4. Set Character Limit to 5
5. Press play
6. Enter 5 symbol, select to of them and try to enter new symbol
7. Notice that it's impossible to enter new symbols over selected symbols if character limit is reached
