After pressing "Build and Run" with Metro development build, Unity finishes building without run (only if you lose focus)
How to reproduce:
1. Download attached project and open "Main" Scene
2. Make sure platform set to "Universal Windows Platform" and "Development Build" option is selected. Also in Player Settings "API Compatibility Level" should be .Net 4.6
3. Press Build and Run. Before build finishes - lose focus (open chrome browser or do other things)
Expected result: After build program launch
Actual result: Build finishes, but app didn't launch
Reproduced with: 5.6.3p3, 2017.1.f1, 2017.3.0a7
Not reproduced with: 2017.2.0b11(spin 2#)
Note: Tested with two monitors
