After finished install of module, the already loaded modules disappear from the list
1. install unity and observe all the listed modules in the module manager
2. Delete one or two of these packages from the install directory in playback engines
3. point unity to the staging server and re-open the project
4. download one of the available packages.
Bug: when the module has finished downloading and installing, the modules that were already loaded, disappear from the list.
Re-opening unity makes the list full again.
