After entering simplified Chinese characters in the first input field, random characters appear on another input field
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and add two input fields
2. Type in long characters with Pinyin input (Simplified Chinese)
3. Notice that after entering characters long enough, an InvalidOperationException error appears and random characters appear on the second input field
Expected result: Entering Pinyin should not cause random characters to show up on the second input field
Reproduced in: 2017.2.0a1, 2017.1.0b7, 5.6.1p1, 5.5.3p4
