[Addressables] Sub-Asset cannot be assigned to an AssetReference
Reproduction steps:
1. Open users attached project and Scene scene
2. In the Project window, expand AddressableAnimationController asset
3. In the Hierarchy window, select SubObjectExample
4. In the Project window, select Close Sub-Asset and drag it to the ClipRefence field in the Inspector
Expected result: Close Sub-Asset is assigned
Actual result: Close Sub-Asset cannot be assigned
Reproducible with: 1.6.0 - 1.16.15(2018.4.29f1, 2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1, 2020.2.1f1, 2021.1.0a10)
