[Addressables] LoadResourceLocationsAsync doesn't find Addressable address when the address is auto generated
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1392399_Repro.zip" project
2. Open the Scene "SampleScene"
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected results: "Scene can be loaded" is printed in the Console
Actual results: "The address is incorrect" is printed in the Console
Reproducible with: 1.18.13 (2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1), 1.19.18 (2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.13f1, 2022.1.0b9, 2022.2.0a5)
Not reproducible with: 1.18.11 (2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1)
