Addressables Event Viewer graphs stay visible when scrolling out of sight
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (Addressables.zip)
2. Press the Play button
3. Go to Window -> Asset Management -> Addressables -> Event Viewer
4. In the Event Viewer window, expand the FPS and MonoHeap graphs by clicking both + signs
5. Resize the Event Viewer window by dragging the bottom edge upwards (so that a scroll bar appears on the right side of the window)
6. Scroll downwards and observe the graphs
Expected result: graphs stay contained within the scrolling window and scroll out of view
Actual result: graphs overlap with the Event Viewer window and stay fully visible
Reproducible with: 1.16.19, 1.18.15 (2019.4.29f1, 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b6, 2022.1.0a4)
