[Addressables] Editor freezes when using Addressables.LoadAssetAsync

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Enter play mode in scene "SampleScene"

Expected result: Editor instantiates a gameObject
Actual result: Editor freezes

Reproducible with: 1.18.2, 1.18.4 (2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f, 2021.2.0a20)
Not reproducible with: 1.17.17 (2019.4.28f1, 2020.3.12f1, 2021.1.11f, 2021.2.0a20)
Could not test with: 2018.4.36f1 (errors in console)

  1. Resolution Note:

    Bug doesn't reproduce. The very first time I ran it I got a timeout error, but after 2000ms the editor was running fine and the cube instantiated. I was unable to reproduce the editor freeze or even the timeout following a fresh install of the project.
    Addressables ver: 1.18.11
    Unity Ver: 2020.3.10f1
