[Addressables] Colliders of buttons are misplaced in AddressableAssetSettings window
Colliders of buttons are misplaced in AddressableAssetSettings window, button icons are not clickable, user have to click on text
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Open Window > Package Manager
3. Click on Window > Package Manager > Addressables > Install
4. Click on Window > AssetManagement > Addressables
5. Click on Project > AddressableAssetSettings > Inspector > Profile, Catalog, General
Expected Result:
Button icons should be clickable
Actual Result:
Instead of Button icons, text are clickable
Reproducible on: 2020.1.0a12, 2019.3.0b10, 2019.3.0a3
Working fine on: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0f2, 2019.1.12f1
Environment: Windows 10 and Mac 10.14

Resolution Note:
This isn't an addressables issue. It would seem the engine UI code changed between 19.3 beta 2 and beta 3. So we can either close the fogubgz as "won't fix" or try to reassign it to "the ui team". I don't know if such a team exists though.
