Add Key option is not displayed when right clicking on object's scale property in the Record Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the sample project
2. Select the TestObject
3. Open the Animation Window
4. Enable Record Mode in the Animation Window
5. In the Inspector right-click on the Scale property of the TestObject
Expected result: the 'Add Key' option is displayed and available
Actual result: no Animation Keys manipulation options are displayed
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a15, 2021.2.0b1, 2021.2.2f1
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.32f1, 2020.3.23f1, 2021.2.0a14, 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0a15
