adb locks Unity editor and the editor starts to hang when trying to close it
adb locks Unity editor and the editor starts to hang when trying to close it. This is only reproducible in Windows and it is a regression from Unity 4.2. This happens when the adb process is started by Unity editor (it was not running before).

They bar people from voting 'cause they deem the problem as solved, but it is not; my app still hangs on shutting (either after playing or not) and I do not see any adb.exe in the processes' tree.

Occurring in 5.3.4f1.
It also prevents the game shutting down correctly in Steam, as Steam still considers adb.exe to be a dependent process and therefore assumes the game is still running. Big problem for me.

This happens again in Unity 5.2.2. i get a crash after hitting stop from play mode each time. adb.exe seems to relaunch every time.
