"Adaptive Performance" folder is placed in the "Packages" folder when installing the Adaptive Performance package
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project with any template
2. Open Package Manager (Window > Package Manager)
3. Install the Adaptive Performance package (com.unity.adaptiveperformance)
4. Observe the Project window
Expected result: The "Adaptive Performance" folder should be created in the “Assets” folder
Actual result: The "Adaptive Performance" folder is created in the “Packages” folder
Reproducible with: 4.0.1 (2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.52f1), 5.1.0 (2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.52f1, 6000.0.29f1, 6000.1.0a7)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Currently this is as designed. We are looking into how we can move it out of the Assets folder completely or move it into a Settings folder.
