[URP] A white vertical artifact is present when any Material from HDRI is used for a panoramic skybox
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “PanoramicArtifact.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene”
3. Rotate around the Scene view
4. Observe the Scene view
Expected result: There is no artifact anywhere on the skybox
Actual result: There is a vertical artifact on the skybox
Reproducible in: 2021.3.46f1, 2022.3.53f1, 6000.0.28f1, 6000.1.0a5
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Reproducible in the Player
- Render pipeline does not have any significance for reproduction
- Reproducible with any HDRI texture
- The same vertical line is in the same place of any HDRI material (likely where two ends of the HDRI texture meet)
