A white/black edge is present between the Editor windows when Display Scaling on the monitor is 125%, 150%, 175%, 225%
How to reproduce:
1. Make sure your Display Scaling of the monitor is not 100% or 200%
2. Open any project
3. Observe the white/black edge between the Scene window and Editor menu
Expected result: there is not white/black edge between the Editor windows
Actual result: there is a white/black edge between the Editor windows when Display Scaling is not 100% or 200%
Reproducible with: 2018.2.16f1, 2019.1.0a9
Not reproducible with: 2017.2.4p1, 2017.4.15f1, 2018.1.9f2

Resolution Note (2019.2.X):
This occurs occurs as a result of supporting DPI Scaling in the Windows editor.
The assessment from the development team is that this requires considerable effort for a cosmetic benefit.
Given our current priorities this is not something we are likely to fix in the near/mid-term.
