A Sprite has a missing vertical line when a Texture 2D is converted to a Sprite
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity“ Scene
3. Select the “Assets/char_grass_05.png“ asset
4. Observe the preview of the asset in the Inspector window
5. Observe the “char_grass_05“ GameObject in the Scene view
Expected result: A Sprite in the preview and in the Scene view look the same
Actual result: A Sprite in the Scene view has a missing vertical line
Reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a15
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: Setting the “Extrude Edges“ option to 2 or above fixes the issue

Resolution Note:
The mesh generation can produce unexpected results in some unknown cases. When this happens, it is advice to use the Sprite Editor Window's Custom Outline module (https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/SpriteOutlineEditor.html) to tweak the outline so that the mesh generation gives the desirable result.
