A project's "Modified" date is reverted to the folder's creation date when reopening the Hub
Reproduction steps:
1. Inside the Hub Window, open an old project (Open > select project’s location)
2. Observe the project’s “MODIFIED” time
3. Close and reopen the Hub
4. Observe the project’s “MODIFIED” time
Expected result: “MODIFIED” time is the same
Actual result: “MODIFIED” time reverts to the folder’s creation date
Reproducible with: 3.5.2
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: Intel macOS 13.5, no other environment tested
