A preview of a keyframe doesn't appear when dragging Assets over the Animation Timeline
How to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached "ImportBug" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Open the Animation window (Window->Animation->Animation)
4. In the Hierarchy select the "Test" GameObject
5. Drag the "sprite001a" Asset (found in the Assets/Sprites folder) over the Animation Timeline
Expected results: A preview of a keyframe appears in the Animation Timeline
Actual results: No preview of a keyframe appears in the Animation Timeline
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b2, 2020.2.0b6
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.28f1, 2019.4.12f1, 2020.1.8f1, 2020.2.0b1
