[2D] Using high-intensity lights with Volume Opacity and Falloff Strength set to 1 produces severe light banding
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1329095"
2. Open the SampleScene and switch to 2D mode
3. Observe the 2D Point Light object in the Scene (Some light banding is visible)
4. Increase the Volume Opacity setting to 1
Expected results: Minimal or no light banding increase can be observed
Actual results: Increasing the Volume Opacity setting severely increases light banding
Reproducible with: 10.2.0(2020.2.0b12), 10.5.0(2020.3.8f1), 11.0.0(2021.1.7f1), 12.0.0(2021.2.0a17)
Could not test with: 10.1.0(Volume Opacity setting was not present)
Notes:
1. Test project is using a 2D point light with the intensity set to 10
2. Volume Opacity setting was introduced in package version 10.2.0
