[2D][URP] GameObjects become unlit when moving 2D Light out of the Scene view
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "2DURP_LightTest" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Move the "Light 2D" GameObject from the Scene view sight
Expected result: Moving "2D Light" GameObject out of the Scene view doesn't affect the "Square" GameObject color
Actual result: "Square" GameObject color changes from black to white when the "Light 2D" GameObject is moved out of the Scene view
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a16), 12.1.4 (2021.2.11f1), 13.1.5 (2022.1.0b7), 14.0.0 (2022.2.0a5)
Not reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.35f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.28f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a15)
