[2D] Unable to use UI components when the Unity UI package is removed and added again in the Package manager
UI components like Text, Image, etc are not usable when Unity UI package is removed and added again in the package manager, refer the attached video
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Hierarchy > Create > UI > Text
3. Window > Package Manager > Unity UI > Removed
4. Install Unity UI Package again
5. Repeat step 2
Actual Result:
Unable to use UI components when Unity UI package is re-added
Expected Result:
UI components are usable regardless of re-adding unity UI package
Note:
1. UI components are usable on reimporting the Project
2. Unity UI package is introduced in 2019.2.6f1
Occurring on:
2020.2.0a5, 2020.1.0b4, 2019.3.8f1, 2019.2.13f1, 2019.2.6f1
Environment:
Windows 10 & macOS 10.14
