[2D]Spriteshape with tangents enabled has shadow artifacts after reopening the project
Reproduction steps:
# Open the user attached project
# Open “SampleScene” scene
# Observe the Game view
Expected result: Sprite Shape does not have artifacts
Actual result: Sprite Shape has artifacts
Reproducible with: 9.0.0-pre.1 (2022.2.0a13, 2023.1.0a5)
Not reproducible with: 5.3.0 (2020.3.38f1), 7.0.5 (2021.3.8f1), 8.0.0 (2022.1.13f1 2022.2.0a12)
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Note: the issue is not reproducible every time, restart the project if the issue is not visible
