[2D][SpriteShape] SpriteShape flickers when using C# Tessallation Job
Repro steps:
- In attached project, open SpriteShapeFlicker scene
- Enter playmode and observe Sprite Shape in scene starts flickering
Expected result: Sprite Shape in scene should not flicker in playmode
Actual result: Sprite Shape in scene flickers in playmode
