[2D] Sprite isPacked returns an invalid value when switching Sprite Packing Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-submitted project
2. Go to Edit -> Project Settings -> Editor
3. Change the Sprite Packer Mode to "Always enabled" and enter the play mode
4. Observe the Console
5. Change the Sprite Packer Mode to "Disabled", enter play mode and observe the console
Expected result: isPacked returns "false" after changing the Packer Mode to "Disabled"
Actual result: isPacked returns "true"
Reproduced in: 2018.1.7f1, 2017.4.6f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.1.4p2
Not Reproducible in: 2018.3.0a3, 2018.2.0b9
