[2D Renderer/URP] Black screen is thrown when building a project for WebGL with Depth Stencil Buffer and Gamma Color Space

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "Client.zip"
2. Open the "Session" Scene
3. Check the "Use Depth/Stencil Buffer" property in the 2D Renderer
4. Go to File -> Build And Run
5. Observe the application in the browser

Expected result: The game scene is loaded
Actual result: The black screen is thrown in the browser

Reproducible with: 10.2.2 (2020.2.2f1)
Not reproducible with: 11.0.0 (2021.1.0b3, 2021.2.0a2)
Could not test with: 7.5.2 (2019.4.18f1) - Due to multiple errors from the user's code

Note:
- The issue is only reproducible when "Use Depth/Stencil Buffer" is checked and Color Space is set to Gamma

    Also reproducible with: 7.5.2 (2019.4.18f1)

    Will this fix be backported to 2019.4? My game is close to release and I want to avoid leaving an LTS version of Unity if at all possible. Thanks.
