[2022.2] Scrolling is not working when using UI Toolkit ScrollView
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “scrollviewRuntime.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode and scroll in the game view
3. Observe the result
Expected result: Scrolling is working
Actual result: Scrolling is not working
Reproducible with: 2022.2.0f1, 2022.2.1f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.0b16, 2023.1.0a23
Reproduced on:
- macOS 12.4 (Intel)
- Windows 11
Notes:
- Reproducible in the Editor and in the Standalone Player
- Reproducible with a mouse and a touchpad
