[2018.x] [Test Runner] Tests fails to be run when using nested classes
To reproduce:
1. Open project
2. Run 'NewTestScript+NewTestScript2' test
3. Notice that tests failed to be run
4. Run any of 'NewTestScript+NewTestScript2' inner tests(e.g. Test2(0))
5. Notice that test was run properly
Reproduced: 2018.1.6f1, 2018.1.7f1, 2018.2.0b11, 2018.3.0a3
Not reproducible: 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.6f1

Resolution Note:
We'll add it to a list of known limitations. As a workaround try to get rid of nested classes
