Inconsistent menu behaviors when clicking on the Gizmo menu button a second time
How to reproduce:
1. Create and open a new project
2. Open the Scene view
3. Click on the arrow new the Gizmos button at the top of the Scene view
4. Observe the Editor
5. Click on the arrow again
6. Observe the Editor
Expected result: The menu opens and then closes
Actual result: The menu opens and then closes and immediately reopens
Reproducible in: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.55f1, 6000.0.32f1, 6000.1.0a9
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
Notes:
- Reproducible also with the “Tool Handle Position“, “Tool Handle Rotation“ and “Layers“ menus
- Not reproducible with other toolbar menus
- Rarely, the menus close without reopening
