Text is truncated in the Inspector when the display scale is set to 150%
Reproduction steps:
1. In the Windows Display settings, set the Scale to 150%
2. Create and open a Project with the “Universal 3D” template
3. In the Hierarchy window, select the “Readme“ Asset
4. Expand the Inspector window
5. In the Inspector window, observe the “URP Empty template” text
Expected result: The text is in one line and fully visible
Actual result: The text is split into two lines and the top and bottom are cut off
Reproducible with: 6000.0.1f1, 6000.0.24f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.51f1, 6000.0.0f1
Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
