There's a gap between the last cascade and the baked Shadow map when distance Shadowmasks are enabled

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the “ReproProject“ project
2. Open the “Assets/OutdoorsScene“ scene
3. Zoom in and out in the Scene View
4. Observe the “Cube” GameObject’s shadow on the plane

Expected result: The shadow does not disappear at any distance
Actual result: The shadow disappears at a certain distance and then appears again

Reproducible with: 2021.3.42f1, 2022.3.41f1, 6000.0.14f1

Reproducible on: Windows 11 Pro (22H2)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

    this also affects pure real time shadows which show popping shadow casters in the last cascade.
