Unable to select another UI element when a text or a number field is selected using a controller
How to reproduce:
1. Connect an Xbox controller
2. Open the “BugRepro.zip“ project
3. Open the “SampleScene”
4. Set the Game view screen aspect ratio to QHD (2560x1440) (or any other to be able to see all the UI elements)
5. Enter the Play Mode
6. Select any element which is the nearest to any text or number field (the last Radio Button or Toggle or Button)
7. Select the nearest text or number field using the controller
8. Try selecting anything else using the controller (with the analog stick or arrow buttons)
Expected Results: Another UI element gets selected
Actual Results: Nothing happens when pressing any button and you are unable to navigate away from the input field and and use any other part of the UI display.
Reproducible in: 1.7.0 (2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.33f1), 1.8.2 (2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.33f1, 6000.0.6f1)
Reproduced on: Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
Not reproduced on: No other environment tested
