Crash on CharacterController::Create when entering Play Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “repro-project“
2. Open the “Assets/AstarPathfindingProject/ExampleScenes/Scenes/InfiniteWorld/InfiniteWorld.unity“ scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the crash
Reproducible with: 2023.3.0b8, 2023.3.0b9
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.35f1, 2022.3.20f1, 2023.2.12f1, 2023.3.0b7
Reproduced on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: Could not test the Player due to Build completing with a result of 'Failed'
