Shader.SetGlobalColor does not respect RenderPipelineManager.beginCameraRendering/endCameraRendering when using HDRP
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “SetGlobalColor_issue” project
2. Open the “Test” Scene and enter Play Mode
3. Observe the color of the two spheres
Expected result: Both spheres are colored red
Actual result: One of the spheres is colored red, and the other green
Reproducible in: 2021.3.34f1, 2022.3.17f1, 2023.2.4f1, 2023.3.0b1
Reproducible on: macOS 14.2.1, Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
Notes:
- Another issue is present on Windows 11, where the “TestLocal” material is updated but not properly rendered in Play Mode, leaving both spheres green.
- Reproducible in Player
